I don't feel like I can vote because I don't have the three bonus tracks.  Wouldn't it make more sense to just do the regular album?  You could lump the bonus tracks from various eras into an extras survivor after you finish the last album.

Just a suggestion.

This is very difficult for me...mostly just because I'm so at odds with *everyone* on this album.   Almost everyone I know practically  :hefdaddy's this album...and I think it's one of their worst.   ARNWY and JCW being among the worst songs in QR's entire catalog...rivaling anything from Defecated to Chaos.

I don't think my votes will make any difference on this entire album...but I'll give it a go anyway.

I'll start with Another Rainy Night.

I think this will be the hardest album to rank and the hardest one to predict. It was my first Queensryche album and one of my childhood favorites. I adore every song but I think I'll have to start voting for One and Only.

Resistance is such a cool song. One and Only is the obvious choice here.

I should re-listen to this album a couple of times. I remember not being a huge fan of it, except for two or three songs. I might join next round...

Either way Resistance or One and Only but after that.......  It gets real hard to pick.

One and Only is the correct answer.

Everyone else, except Wolfking is wrong.

WTF is this??

I know, I know...   Being from Seattle, I had been following QR since before they were even signed (I heard QotR on the radio when it was still local demo).  To see my band go from experimental, psychedelic "Pink Floyd gone metal" to what was essentially a glorified Journey meets Def Leppard was a shock I have still not gotten over to this day.    I choose to view Empire as an essential album though...it was important for them to sell out so that they could get a *budget* to record their masterpiece with.

I lived it and with OM, that put the Ryche on the map but Empire was a whole different ball of wax.  It was a great stylistic change and they killed on that album.  But they didn't sell out.  No way in hell.

I'm not of the opinion that OM is their best album, either. For me it's The Warning but, I'm sure that I'm possibly the only person on this board that believes that lol...
