It's 2004/03/17. Saint Louis, Train Of Thought tour. Is there anyone who owns this rarity?

Unfortunately, I can't help you with this one.
But, I saw this crazy note at setlist.fm:

Note: At the end of the show, a fan fell from the balcony while reaching for a drum head thrown out by Mike Portnoy. As a result, Mike Portnoy stopped throwing sticks and heads into the crowd after this show.

Some people are willing to die for a piece of plastic?!
