OPERATION: MINDCRIME (1988)

Operation: Mindcrime is a concept album released on May 3, 1988, it is the band's third full-length album. A rock opera, its story follows a man who becomes disillusioned with the society of the time and reluctantly becomes involved with a revolutionary group as an assassin of political leaders. In January 1989, it ranked #34 on Kerrang! magazine's "100 Greatest Heavy Metal Albums Of All Time".

Alright, so here it is. Operation: Mindcrime. Classic, genius album for me. I've decided that some songs can go into one, as they are existing as little pieces of music - I Remeber Now + Anarchy X ; Electric Requiem as intro for Breaking The Silence, Waiting For 22 as outro for I Don't Believe In Love, My Empty Room as one track. Are You agree with that? If yes, start voting ;)

If I had to predict the final 3 on this one, I'd say Suite Sister Mary, The Mission, and Eyes of a Stranger. But then again, the Rage for Order results were quite baffling so I guess anything can happen. I guess the first vote should go to My Empty Room.

I love Electric Requiem....but my least favorite has always been Breaking the Silence from day 1...so this is no contest for me.  I'm voting BTS, and hoping for an early exit for most of side 2. Just never cared for the more commercial "single" feel of songs like BTS, IDBIL, and EOAS.  :tdwn

Wow...I'm already shocked.   I would put My Empty Room in my top 5 easily.   Not in the finals by any stretch...but certainly not first.

Just 2-3 of these will be easy. I have to stay away from this after round 3-4, it's gonna be impossible!

I think the shorter songs should be excluded from the survivor, what's the point of having them? They'll be the first ones to go anyway.
