For some people, never. It takes a rather different sense of humor. Not everyone likes it. Some people eventually and unexpectedly warm to it. I honestly used to hate it. Then I went to college, and people there would constantly be singing songs from the show. Eventually, found a few of the songs funny. Then more of the songs. Some of the skits. Eventually, I just loved the show.

I saw one episode where he realizes he has no friends and gets taken in by male strippers that teach him how to strip. It was good.
