Raiders, no question, hands down.

Last Crusade is also really, really good.

Crystal Skulls isn't very good.

Temple of Doom is just awful.

Raiders, by a hair. The Last Crusade is quite good as well, just not as good as Raiders.

Temple of Doom and Crystal Skull both have some really cool parts mixed in with some godawful parts, though ToD's awfulness is much, much worse and its awesome parts are much more awesome. Yet, ToD barely edges out Crystal Skull, but only because I grew up watching it.  :P
