Well, there was 45 minutes of my life I'll never get back.  Glad everyone got their Midol last week (and that's a joke). 

Glad to know I'm not being "watched"... yet.  FWIW, I think the mods (by-and-large) do an excellent job here.

Not sure what you expected people to "get" out of it.  This is a "suggestions" forum.  You suggested more or less a joke that the "watched" icon be replaced with a death star.  We're not doing that.

Then questions were asked about how the "watch" function worked and what it meant.  Those questions were answered.

Then it turned into a complaint fest for people who have broken rules, which is not what this forum is for.

What more were you expecting?

Look, legitimate complaints or not it was an airing of grievances mostly by rule breakers. Points were brought up and addressed at length. If you want rude you can get it in the future, your attitude certainly warrants it.

Edit: The best actual suggestion to come out of this was definitely that banned members have an efficient way to message the staff to discuss the ban, and I do hope we find a good system to implement to address that.
