WANTED: "Lifting Shadows" by Rich Wilson

If anyone knows anyone who has a Limited Edition Box Set of "Lifting Shadows" by Rich Wilson, I'd love to make then an offer. In fact, I would consider any one of the three editions. I'm having trouble locating a copy for sale, and thought I'd try here - If any group of people knew where I could pick up a copy, I figured it'd be you guys..!

If I can locate the CD, I have the first edition book, really good (if not excellent) condition.
