Bottom is a Fusion 8HD, middle is an Oberheim OB12, and the top is an M-Audio Axiom 49 controller, currently just connected to an MS2000 Rack unit.

I used to play Yamaha as well.

As a matter of fact, I still have it somewhere:
A Yamaha PSR 2000.

I'm really glad I made saved enough money to buy a Nordstage.

I got the same amp head you have on the top right for about $80 bucks used at some store.
I don't know what they did to make the clean channel sound so amazingly good when the rest of the amp is :puke:
The cleans on that amp are almost nicer than the clean channel on my Valveking.

Two different pics of me with my guitar.  It's a Guild D55.

Here's a clearer pic.

Looks like it. That's nice. And the guy who put green duct tape over his guitar - that's pretty awesome. I salute you.

I have an Ibanez Gio. Nothing special, and it's my first guitar; I've been playing since last July. I'm planning on my next guitar to be a 7 string, preferably with tremolo. JP model is far out of my price range, but I might go for a Schechter Hellraiser or a nice Ibanez RG model.
Ahh, I hit the home button!

I was thinking about getting one of those Ibanez 7's as a backup. They seem pretty nice.

For the price (I got mine for about 400 bucks I think) they're not bad.  I've been considering replacing the bridge pickup with a dsonic lately though. I don't know the first thing about wiring or installing pickups...so I probably won't.

How much is a 7-string Ibanez these days? If I ever get another guitar that seems like the best and most logical upgrade.

The RG7321 (that one in the picture) is about £300ish. The one with the trem is more in the £500 upwards range. I think they released an S series 7 string model as well, but I'm not sure how much they are.

Holy crap I didn't know about this part of the forums...never scrolled below Political/Religious.

I've just got a Kramer Focus, amazing guitar, I'd say the best beginner/maybe semi-intermidiate guitar there is out there. And I run that through a Line 6 Spider III 15w.

I also have a Shin-Ei fuzz box, that my uncle gave to me. He bought it for I believe 25 bucks, and now its selling in the net for 400 bucks. Got a pretty distinct sound, but I don't use it...I think I need to fix the pots. ???

The trem version presumably has a lock (trem-lock?) does it?

Honestly I never knew there was a trem version. I tried to find a trem version of it when i was looking for a 7string (must have been about 2 years ago or so), but no luck. Is the trem version new?

No, if anything it came first. The U777 was first for Steve Vai and that had a trem, then the RG series one with the floyd rose after that. The budget fixed bridge one is more recent than them.

Well, I run a recording a studio, so I record my band, my solo stuff and other bands.

However, my studio is relatively new. So all of my recorded solo material was done on a totally different system, a not nearly as good system.
