Greetings; Question regarding recurring themes across DT albums

Greetings and salutations:

My friend and I are discussing recurring themes across the works, and feel that somewhere we are missing either a particular lyric, or series of melodies & harmonies, which could ultimately be reconstructed as a complete album unto itself; more than just a greatest hits collection, it would have a common thread through each track, ADToE excluded. Sort of how Tool's 10,000 Days remix worked.
