Problems buying ADTOE in Toronto?

I'm in the greater Toronto area, and both Future Shop/Best Buy and HMV (main music/video chain) do not have the album...apparently a company involved with the album (I thought the girl said Warner but I am not sure) is on strike and thus they haven't received any...it wasn't even listed on the Future Shop list (they have carried DT cds before).

Anyone else have same problem or know more details?

I went to the Sunrise Records just down the street and they already had the Deluxe Edition put aside for me.  They had a number of copies at opening.
