Bold thread titles change

Bold titles used to be threads with unread replies, now they're stickied threads.

Seems a little unnecessary to bold stickied threads since, at least in the theme I use, they're already highlighted by different background colours and pin icons.  Do we really need a third thing to identify them?

I found it much easier to sort through threads for new replies with the bold titles.  I know it has the 'new' flag there, but quickly scanning a forum for new replies isn't as easy as before.

Any chance that could go back?  Does anybody else care?  Did anybody else notice?

I'd like that too. I could probably adjust to the "NEW!" thing, but my brain is still used to seeing boldness.

I never even noticed they were bolded. I always just looked at the "NEW!" icon.

And hover previews never worked for the theme I used anyway, but I'd like that back anyway.

This would be nice, but I'm really not that bothered if it would be a big deal to change, as we have the NEW button which is enough for me.

As I'm very used to the "threads with new posts in bold" thing, I'd love to have it back. Not that I couldn't live without it, but it was a very nice feature.

This should be reasonably easy to implement, but it does require adding an additional template to the theme so i need some time to work out how to do that seamlessly.
