I know I'm alone on this, but I think Fear is a rather good album, and it's at least WAY better than No Prayer.

Killers is probably my "go to" Maiden album. With Powerslave probably.

You're not alone, Nick. I'm always defending FOTD.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related

Fear has some great songs, but it also has some of the worst songs they've ever written.

Killers is great though.

FotD is better than No Prayer, but that's not much to brag about.
I'm actually disappointed he's not Kim Jong-Il

Yeah, Fear of the Dark is not that good.. I'd take it over No Prayer, but not much else. The best songs on Fear are great, but there are too few of them in comparison to the really weak ones.

That is a quality release. In fact half of that list is good, the rest I haven't heard, but Myrath are my newest awesome discovery. First album was crap though.

At least as good as Tales as Elite says. The first album isn't.

The Elder is a good album, just not a good KISS album.
The FW is ok.
Alice is always good (apart from the early 80s).
