Just a sample of a song I'm currently working on, I was hoping I could get some feedback. Much appreciated guys! :metal

It was cool I guess. Not really much going on, but you seem to be rather into Meshuggah and I'm not, so maybe I'm not the intended audience.

I dig it.  Very ugly sounding.  I like. :)  Plans to go on top of this?  Lyrics, lead lines?

I liked it.  I especially like the background that comes in about 50s

Drums sound awesome. Programmed?

Yeah it should def. sound more intense with the guitars doubled (stereo). Sounds good tho so far!

Thank you kindly for the replies, friends! This is just a small sample of the album I'm currently recording, it's a concept album called Stepping Through The Shattered Fragments of Time, and the song that clip is from is not entitled Sanctuary To The Fallen. I'll leave you guys with a demo of the title track(I wrote some extra parts, rearranged some things, etc after I recorded this) Nonetheless, you should get a decent idea of the lighter side of the album  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRZcRMO15iE

Edit: Yes there will be additional guitar parts and vocals in Sanctuary, it's an 11 minute song  ;) And also, yes, the drums are programmed.

Not bad, I hear opeth and meshugga influences,   one suggestion I'd toss out is try throwing in a measure of 5/4 here and there, just to build tension and keep the listener on his toes.

I dug it. Now all we need is Killer Instinct 3 to be made so this can be in the final boss stage.
