Nah, I don't. I don't really have the requisite creativity for that sort of thing.

I've seen some really great cosplayers before that almost make me want to, though.

The coolest moment in Homestuck so far. Hard to believe it happened almost 3 years ago.

I think it's the only Homestuck page that I've read four times already, and I keep discovering new stuff with every time I read it.

I've said this before, but I think the interactive sections were the most like that for me. Seriously, there is SO MUCH great dialogue in those, and I basically skipped all of it my first time through.

And the first time I saw Cascade I thought it was cool, but I had no idea what the heck was even going on. :lol

I dunno, I got most of it. Obviously there were some issues, but I think I got most of the relevant stuff. And that ending of Cascade was enough to push it into OMG HOLY FUCK territory for me.

Well, you're probably paying more attention then I was. My first time through I was reading it in between classes and stuff (sometimes in classes :P ), so a lot of the details slipped through.

Also not directly related, but I was bored and had enough of Homestuck today so I read through Problem Sleuth in one sitting.

And it was glorious. It's not as good as Homestuck, in my opinion, but it's still absolutely insane. I loved the object/weapon duality, the final battle against Demonhead Mobster Kingpin (which was, like, half the adventure), the size-adjusting doors, the female aspects of PS and PI... god dammit if Hussie manages to wrapup Homestuck in a similarly satisfying way then I shall bow down before his greatness and forever praise him.

(Praise him.)

also you should try Jailbreak. It's really short and it's pretty hilarious.

Definitely some good stuff there. I feel the need to share some of my cosplays here so this is a thing now. Here are some from the past year that I actually liked: Karkat, Psiioniic, and Signless. My girlfriend was the Disciple. I can't wait to get back to another con, though I'm not sure if I'll even be cosplaying Homestuck again. I miss it, but I hate graying up. And I'm not sure if I want to cosplay any more of the human kids.

The server's been crashed for hours. :lol  I had to find a mirror just to see it.

It's good to be back, though. Although it's not really back for me, since I started reading after the Gigapause. This is all slightly surreal, really.

oh fuck theyre all dead

edit: but seriously that flash is incredible. The art is amazing. I just really hope they're not all dead.

edit2: I didn't realize how powerful Aranea was. She's moving fucking planets with her mind.

Dave is not dead because I'm unsure how his death is heroic or just.

The "Heroic" thing flashed up on screen. Besides, he died trying to save Jade by fighting off two near-omnipotent entities. That's pretty freaking heroic.

It also kinda makes me wonder if this really is the end for Dave. A big part of his story is that he doesn't consider himself a hero. And now he is.

So plot spec time. Don't read unless you've seen the 10/25/14 update.

Everyone seems to be in agreement that this is a doomed timeline. Aranea did indeed mention that her actions might create a doomed timeline, so it is pretty likely. My question is what the fate of Rose and Terezi is. For Terezi, how quickly will this timeline be abandoned, fixed, or retcon'd? Will we see her do something? John could zap there and back in time to affect what happened, but will Roxy still take Rose somewhere? I was thinking that she might be transported to the alpha timeline somehow akin to what happened with Davesprite. Hard to say really.

Welp. Only one thing left for it. Everyone but he is dead.

Spades Slick is going to murder everyone else. Ever. Even the Ghosts.

Well, if Jane somehow gets the Ring of Life, she can revive some of them. Not Karkat, because she already used it once on him, and I'm assuming Kanaya was completely vaporized, so probably a no go there as well.

But on the other hand, it has been established that John can change things that aren't even meant to be changed (though whether he can actually control that to be anything resembling effective remains to be seen), so that's another option.

couple of edits: Also, Hussie's in comic self said that he didn't know of any timelines where Gamzee died, so that's something to consider.

Also I just wanted to mention how much I love all the artists contributions for this flash, especially Zack Morrison's, because I love his style. btw, if anyone else enjoys his contributions here and on paradoxspace.com, you should check out his comic Paranatural, because it's awesome and a ton of fun. ok that's all for now I think.

edit2: Also, I just realized this might mean we'll get some dialogue between Rose and Roxy, which will surely be awesome.

That is definitely what I'm looking forward to most. I don't think the life ring will come into play here, unless it's used to bring back someone that can undo all of this. I don't see the comic moving forward without first redoing this whole battle. I just don't know if that's going to happen right away, or if we're going to get some dead people talking first.

The first time I watched the animation, I nearly crapped myself when Karkat died. Then Jake went, and after that I started thinking there's no way it'll stay on this timeline, with this many dead. Then again, I never really know with Hussie.

I kind of laughed when KK died. I was thinking, "Well this was definitely one of the two things I was expecting." But then the deaths kept coming and it never let up. By the time Dave died, it had hit me that this is serious shit. I still shaky watching it. This has to be one of my favorite flashes. Top 3 for sure. Emotionally, this is the most impacting flash he's made and is easily up there with Jade Enter and Cascade.

When Hussie first announced the end of the Gigapause, I actually briefly considered not reading until it was entirely finished, but then I decided that this was really an experience that isn't likely to be repeated.

Plus I have no willpower. :lol
