I went to bed at 5am. I didn't manage to get to sleep until after 8am. I am pretty sure I've forgotten how to get to sleep. Do I close my eyes or something?

I never get quality sleeps in my apartment. I often joke that it's haunted because I'll always wake up in a panic but for no particular reason.

Last night things were going great in terms of sleeping and then I woke up at 5am with my mind racing. My thoughts are crushing when this does happen.

I usually doze off in 20 minutes or so. Unless if it's really hot, then I can't get sleep at all.

5:30am - get up for work
