I like low fat, best milk ever.  Skim I can handle but is a little too watered down.  Full cream is just like drinking straight cream to me.

I had no idea that there existed people who don't like milk.

Not even kidding. It's sooo good.

I have met quite a few people in my time that hate milk, some have said to me that drinking milk makes them ill and vomit.  WTF?!

I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

I grew up on 2% milk, and it's still my preferred blend, but recent health issues have forced me to switch to skim, which tastes watery by comparison.  But it's better than nothing.  Whole milk (4%) is good, but tastes a bit too rich to me, I'm sure because I'm used to 2%.

Why is milk so good?  I always figured that it's because it's the stuff you could actually live on for the first several weeks of your life, maybe longer.  What could possibly be better for you than something produced in a living mammal specifically for the nutrition of a living, growing mammal?

I'll drink a cold glass of milk just 'cause I like it, but for me the amazing thing about milk is how it makes other stuff better.  Cookies and milk.  Cereal and milk.  Cake or pie with milk.  Peanut butter and jam sandwiches and milk. And so on...

Oh my god...drinking the milk left over?? YUCK!!!! That's horrible. If I have cookies and milk (I can't dip cookies in almond milk, waaay too thick!) I have to throw away the rest of the milk even if there is only one crumb in it.

Milk is definitely good.  It's the ultimate comfort drink.  On the other hand, I'm absurdly picky about what milk I'll drink; the only kind I'll drink by itself is 2%.  I refuse consume whole milk (unless it's chocolate milk) or skim milk at all.  I won't drink milk if it's within about 5 days of the expiration date, and I won't drink milk that has been open for more than a week, no matter how far it is from the expiration date.

Existing gives you cancer.

As you live, your cells divide and replicate, and they never do it 100% accurately. After a time, these inaccuracies build up and then eventually cancer.

Yes, that was greatly over simplified and I glossed over a lot of things. But point still stands.

Grilling also causes cancer. When the drippings come off the meat and land in the embers. The smoke and steam from this is a carcinogen and it gets cooked right into your food.

Probably. But with everything that causes cancer, fuck it. You're going to get the carcinogens somewhere, might as well make it form something awesome like grilling.

...the moral of the story being, any lazy journalist looking for a story to shift copies of their shit paper can find "evidence to suggest zookeeping may be linked to chemicals that help cause cancer," or something as tenuously-worded. I'm sure many of these are valid risks, but just as many are total codswallop, and if you're going to change the way you live your life based on any of these, it'll be kind of a droplet in the ocean. Just live your life.

'Cause the alternative is that you hide in a nuclear bunker with no wifi, no milk, and no worcestershire sauce, you stop having a gender, and you don't let any sexy teenagers in.

Ha! I'd love if that was the real explanation for the entire questionable persona. He didn't die of cancer, either, so it kind of worked.

Honestly, though, I reckon MJ drank a fucking shitload of milk - and I wouldn't usually swear, there, but it's kind of necessary to illustrate just how much I think he drank. Guzzling it down by the gallon, I'd say. He looked like a milky kinda guy.

He'd of had to, order for his face to maintain any sort of structural integrity after so much surgical wear and tear.  Also, he coulda gotten away with it, too, milk only being linked to ovarian cancer and such.
