I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Milk?  That only about 97% of my contents.  (The rest is green dye and a chemical compound that only has a vague semblance of flavor in common with actual pistachios)

This is true, but lactose isn't everyone's problem with milk. My mother gets sick from dairy of any kind, but it's not the lactose that does it.

Yeah, I double checked on wikipedia. Lactase is the enzyme that digests the lactose molecules. Pretty sure the general rule of thumb is if it ends in "ase" its an enzyme. Not sure if there's any exceptions to the rule.

Lacotose free milk has a tad bit of sweetness to it. I only buy it once in a while to make ovaltine or for a bowl of cereal once in a great while.

Hmmm...

Well my mom buys skim milk and I just can't do it. It tastes like freaking water. No. Just, no.

So I drink almond and soy milk! Vanilla soy milk = heaven. Also, dark chocolate almond milk..
If I have to drink real milk, I like 2% best.
