That's what's so brilliant about it. It's funny enough that they thought to do it in the first place, but the complete lack of effort in the execution is outright hilarious.

This sounds like a case for https://photoshopdisasters.blogspot.com - incredibly funny stuff. Have spent hours on it hooting with laughter, before.

The best ones are the ones where it takes a little while to work out precisely what's skewiff - and then, like a magic eye puzzle, it falls into place, and horror ensues.

I would consider the photoshop Princess Diana thing as pretty tasteless. Or when an orthodox newspaper photoshopped Hillary Clinton and another woman out of the Situation Room during the Osama operation.
