(if your not trolling) You should watch/read personal accounts of why someone chooses to make that change.  Sexual desire is rarely ever the reason.  Personality and character differences from what society expects is generally the reason.

The only issue with that whole season was anyone believing that Famke Jennsen could have ever been a man.
I've seen some good tranny's but that one defies credulity....which may or may not be a word.
