I like it don't get me wrong, but it really fucking annoys me how everyone in the comments there laps it up like golden semen, but then anything Periphery do is supposedly the worst shit ever..

i love metalsucks. so sarcastic and funny. most of them know misha reads the comment sections so they rag on them more. the A7X comments are usually the funniest. (all bands i love, but i like reading the negative comments)

New song sounds sick. Very excited about this release!
I only listen to electro-post dubprog.  You've probably never heard of it.

It's put me in a PtH mood, currently spinning Fortress, and will be moving on to Scurrilous afterwards

Rody is a little high in the mix, but it's not a big deal. everything else sounds tight. Also Adler did a good job

very nice stuff, already completely different from their previous work.

That is not a cover that I would have expected from Protest. Not sure why, just isn't.

It's out there, and it's amazing. Maybe their best album.

They reprise Sequoia Throne in one of the songs. I won't tell you which, so you can be surprised, but OMG.

I really wanted to get into this, just as I wanted to enjoy Scurrilous and Kezia. Fortress just feels like their only work that has its own unique identity. Everything else by the just seems so...forgettable.

Fortress is their blandest offering of all their albums. It's not bad but the other two are just fantastic.
Haven't listened to the new one because it's not out and I'll likely end up waiting until I can get it christmastime anyways.

Fortress their most bland? LOLNO.
I'm going to give the new album a listen at some point, but right now, Rivers Of Nihil and Glasser are deservedly getting my listening time. Rivers Of Nihil just dominates.

Yeah right! Fortress is the most stylized out of all their albums.

Since the album leaked, us IGG contributers got the download early. They thought it wasn't gonna leak this early.  Looking forward to hearing it soon.
