Well, after I last posted the power went out. We waited around for awhile and after an hour the storm seemed to be over. Since we had no electricity, we couldn't cook and we couldn't watch the TV for weather updates, so my mom and I went out to get pizza. Once we got there, everything suddenly turned black and it started raining. Once I started driving back home, it started torrential down-pouring.  :lol The visibility was non-existent, I couldn't even see 2 feet in front of my car. Lightning was going every 5 seconds for at least 3 hours. And some idiot was driving so fast that all the water from the street came crashing down like a wave on my car.

I never had been in any kind of storm like that, it was ridiculous. Thankfully I was only like 10 minutes from home, and I knew the roads pretty well so I just drove really slow and we were fine. Didn't get the electricity back until this morning.

Hoping everyone on here and their families are OK.

Glad everything is Ok Z.  I was the video on the news it was scary.
