1.  I want to go storm chasing.

YES.

As for others

Go to the Kentucky Derby.
Own a Studebaker Lark.
Visit my Grandmothers hometown in Germany.
Go to Bobby Mackeys in Wilder, KY, believed to be the most haunted place in the U.S.
In high school my buddies and I built a Van Der Graaf generator.  You know, to get girls.

Nobody with a PhD in math makes a difference.  Ever.  You will get your PhD, then begin teaching math at a community college.  You will marry, but after having two children, your wife will leave you and never tell you why.  Your children will visit you increasingly less, and you will be shocked to eventually learn that they married and enver invited you.  Years from now, you will be the creepy old math teacher with the disheveled hair and while shirts that are stained yellow around the armpits whose students don't come to office hours because your office smells funny and has flies.  You will die alone.  But you will have tenure, so it's cool.

The Kentucky derby isn't really anything special IMO. Unless of course you're a gambler or a horse racing fan, etc. Anyway, mine are as follows

1. Record an album with a band and tour in support of it (preferably with bands like BOO, The Faceless, VOM, BTBAM, etc.)
2. Open a small custom shop for mostly extended range guitars (7's, 8's and up)
3. Live in Ireland for one or two years
4. Graduate high school
5. Go to Musicians Institute for guitar, guitar craft
6. Get married, have kids and settle down

Find a woman
Start a family
Get a house
Record and release an album (we've recorded a demo but I don't know if it counts)

Get a brand new Honda Accord :neverusethis:
Get a house...
Record an album with my band, and go on tour with some Big Band (probably it would be according to our music - The Sorrow, Texas In July, August Burns Red...)
Shake a hand with John Myung... speak to him would be the end of the universe and start of new Planet Earth...

1. Get to make a trip into Space  (yeah I know...but hey..it's a wish list right??)
2. Get some of my Underwater Photography published
3. Be able to retire in 11 years too a nice little dive spot in the Caribbean
4. Fly in a Fighter Jet
5. Dive Indonesia and the Red Sea

Just off the top of my head, since I havent really sat down and defined a bucket list:

1) Build my own airplane.
2) Get my instrument rating.
3) Get a type rating in a DC-3 (My uncle used to fly them, and I told him I would eventually get a type rating).
4) Have kids and be proud of them.
5) Become excellent at my profession and be known as the guy to go to.

That's about it for now.

1. Be awesome
2. Create something I am truly happy with. Preferably film related.
3. Backpack through europe.
4. Discover whateverthefuck this love thing is all about.
5. See System of a Down live
6. Some other stuff I can't think of off the top of my head.
I felt its length in quite a few places.

This is a bit silly, but I've never gotten a chance to do this

I'd really love to play live with a band one day. Preferably playing songs we wrote together.

That's really my dream. A lot of poster's here have already done that, but I have not done so, unfortunately.

At some people here who put down the "wife, kids, house" list here: There's nothing wrong with it, just make sure you're not banking your life's happiness on this sequence. There's a lot of people out there who "did everything right" and suddenly find themselves in a massive midlife crisis.

But you don't count.  It's your own fault.  When you would sit on the couch and tell her, "Go make me a sandwich," she really did know you were perfectly capable of doing a better job yourself.
