Someone edited the page for Quantity so the first link wasn't Property.  >:(

this one takes 36 clicks:

I guess Mushishi was not as philosophical as I thought.

...my name is Araragi.

Broke it with "Tentacle erotica". It leads to "Gothic fiction" and eventually goes into a loop. However, that's because on the "Gothic fiction" page, clicking "literature" leads you to... "Gothic fiction" (seemingly because of an event in the past where the "Gothic fiction" and "Gothic literature" [where it tries to go] pages were merged). If it brought you to the actual literature page it would eventually end up at philosophy. Clicking the second link on the Gothic fiction page, "horror [fiction]", eventually loops as well, so there's something that seems to genuinely break it.

I think we can say: pages either eventually link to philosophy, or end up looping.

Obviously. There isn't an infinite number of Wikipedia pages so it has to come to a loop at some point.

I see what I did wrong, I ignored all the words in parentheses and then I clicked on "internal reconstruction" on "Comparative method"'s page, instead of linguistics.

13 clicks for penis

29 clicks for DT. Of course, it took a long time

Took 19 clicks for Agalloch, and that is with skipping Greek definitions. Agalloch more philosophical than DT?

Either I'm doing it wrong or I found a hole in this theory. Started with Frank Hannon and get stuck in a loop of science-knowledge-facts-information-symbols-numerals-writing system-symbolic system-psychology-science

I started with Frank Hannon too, but came to the Property (Philosophy) - Mathematics - Quantity loop.

I got up to 38 with penis, then it stared looping.  Closest I got was 'greek philosopher'.
Only took me 20. ???

Well, you do know they come in different sizes, right?  Maybe his is just bigger than yours.

Many of those articles have been locked because of edit warring over this very phenomenon.

largely through edits I imagine...

On a more serious note, can we have DTF rigged so that the first word in the OP of every thread automatically gets hyperlinked to the kevin moore wiki page?
