William's a pretty cool name (especially when everyone calls you Bill for short)

As a fellow William I can agree Bill is cool, but I hate the name William itself, its too damn proper

I'm going to go serious again for a minute.  If you like Scandanavian names, look to the NHL for inspiration.  While I wouldn't suggest you go with Antii, the "Scandanavianized" version of English names are pretty cool.
