Well sure winning is good but this sort of attitude turns it into "winning is the only thing that matters," so that as they get older, these girls' self-esteem and self-image will likely rise and fall with their successes and failures in an unhealthy way.

What appalls me is seeing 8-year-olds in bikinis at amusement parks and water parks.  It's not so hot out here that your kid has to run around 90% naked.

Oh god, what's the big deal of kids running around 90% naked? They're kids. Here in Belgium it's normal to see little girls in bikinis on the beach or even just the bikini pants... And nobody makes a fuss or even cares if some five year old is running around totally naked.

Yeah when I was really young kids would run around pretty much naked and nobody cared at all but now everyone's gone crazy about paedophiles and such and you have to ask permission to take a photo of your kid if they happen to be playing with someone elses' etc.

Yeah, that's what I figured.  What's interesting is that from countless chats with friends over the years, I'm absolutely certain that I'm less perverted than the average male.  I sometimes can't believe some of the things other guys have done.  I'm actually the prude in our little bunch.

We're not in a high school here though, and here I'll post what I'm thinking, or what comes to mind.  Usually because I'm shooting for some kind of shock or comedic effect, but I'd bet good money that most of the time, it's what other guys are thinking but won't post out of some sense of decorum.  There are guys here who talk about boobs all the time, and it's been established that I'm not in the top three names that come to mind.  In the "boobies" thread, I actually had to come up with things to interject in order to keep up, and still failed.
