I think the big kid went a little too far but I can't really judge as I have never been in a physical situation. As for verbal bullying I will admit there have been many times where I felt I was going to snap.

The big guy's actions were completely justified. The little guy threw multiple punches before the big guy did anything, and even then he only threw him on the ground; didn't even take a swing. If they were adults and this wound up in court he'd have an airtight self-defense claim; no DA would even bother pressing charges with video evidence like that. It'd be outrageous if the school expels him or even punishes him at all.

This is interesting. I know in the state of New Jersey, you can only claim self defense as long as you use the same amount of force that the other person is using on you. So in this case, the law would go to the little twerp bully. Because he wasn't throwing real punches at the big guy. The big guy definitely used excessive force.

That said, the little dick had it coming to him.

In my elementary school, there was exactly one black family and one Asian family; the entire rest of the neighborhood was white. I'll just say that a certain amount of bullying did take place, and when I saw the video and Casey picked up that little shit and slammed him down, I actually cheered out loud. Fuck bullies.
