The last 3 1/2 minutes of TDL is awesomeness!

The only problem I have with the song is the middle section is too much like the intro riff to 39th Street Blues by Spock's Beard.

Just listening to Milliontown for the first time because of all the praise I've heard about it. It's beautiful.

You're Espen Storo? I love that mix! It's in my iTunes top 50 (#29, to be exact).

One more thing: since the price is in British Pounds, how does that work for American purchases?

It is I.

Thank you for the kind words. :)

I'm surprised more hasn't been made of this.....

Why are the bass and drums for Milliontown and EIMA being re recorded? I love Andy Edwards drum part, particularly on EIMA. There must be a solid reason for doing this as I'm sure it won't necessarily be cheap to do.

Imagine if DT took the same approach with the parts the KM, DS and MP recorded!!! Of course that would be a tad silly, but I see little more merit in Jem Godfrey doing this.

The same reason why anything happens in the Frost*iverse. Because it's fun, and because they can.

Why do you do this to us, Jem? Why? I know he's free to do whatever he wants and do it at his own pace, but revamping the whole plan every few months has started to really bug me.

Ah well, if we actually get another Frost* album out of it, I'll be satisfied.

Since announcing that idea, I was quickly informed that The Tangent and Big Big Train were already doing something similar therefore we’re going to be really really daring and release the whole thing as a actual, proper double album all at the same time.

Jem, you make it sound like being like The Tangent and Big Big Train is a BAD thing...which it really isn't lol

Well, to avoid the similarities, I guess I can see what he's getting at. Good for him, though, and this means we'll get a double-dose of Frost*ie goodness when the album EVENTUALLY comes out.

Just discovered this band thanks to Lucidity recommending them in another thread.  Wow.  Good stuff.  I hope their new album is still in the works!

Milliontown is pretty much a masterpiece. I never got into their second album, though, so I'm really hoping this new album sounds more like Milliontown than it does Experiments in Mass Appeal.

This bump inspired me to finally check this out, so I fired up milliontown on spotify. I just got through the first track and it's sounding very promising! :tup

Not bad... only €12, and €5 shipping to Canada.  Can't really find any details on the content though?  Where/when filmed.  Anyone know.

Yeah, I caught the track listing.  I just didn't know if it was a concert DVD.  Sounds like it's not.  Thanks for pointing out Pounds vs Euros.  That makes a bit of a difference.

Should I be disappointed that Black Light Machine is in the acoustic set?

I'll reserve judgement. It's a real show stopping flag ship tune though and it's so bombastic I'm not sure how it'll translate as an acoustic song.

Just noticed they perform it twice. DUH! I'm such a pleb at times.

No post in a long time. Has this been posted?

https://jemgodfrey.tumblr.com/post/96300262044/august-31st

Looks like, for all intents and purposes, Frost is dead. If you're writing a double album and then realize for yourself that you're no longer relevant, it might be time to call it a day.
Interesting small jab at DT in there too.

No shit.  How many times has he killed Frost*?  I'll enjoy a new release, but I'm tired of his attention seeking drama.  It's like he's unbalanced at some level.

And I'm not really sure where I hear teen-angst in DT's material?
