Why whenever I have a couple of beers, I always get the urge to listen to some heavy shit!!!!!!!

Just mixes so well...now got ANTR on and up next is some Opeth - The Baying of the Hounds!

Whenever I used to get together with friends and drink, we always listened to LOUD music, but not necessarily HEAVY music. But volume was the key.

Got a beautiful ?organic? beer by the Wychwood Brewery called Scarecrow listening to Losing Time now. Not heavy but fucking good! Even my mate who doesn't like beer likes this stuff it's gorgous.

Would you recommend a good local stout? Wychwood sounds good. I've had HobGoblin before and I love it.

Stout isn't my specialty as I don't really drink stout ,but Marston's Oyster Sout ain't bad at all and they have it on cask sometimes in my local!!! A great real ale which I had tonight though was Old Empire...5.7% wooooow, plus I've had about 6 Hobgoblins and now I'm off out again to see a good band...Junkyard Dog, I do a couple of joint gigs with them occasionally and the guitarist used to be in the Human League, top guy and great guitar player
