I just finished watching Schindler's List. Can't believe I never saw it before, it was so incredibly well made! I was genuinely in tears by the end.

Ariich, I'm glad you dug Schindler's List. Ralph Fiennes plays such a great role, and so does Neeson, you really get into it by the end.

It always bugs me when boards prune threads... not so much for the post count, but because sometimes I like to go back and skim older threads I used to post in. Especially here where people will often quote people in their digs.... sometimes you click the link in the quote and you find out the thread was deleted so you can't even see what they were talking about.

I mean, I know the threads themselves don't take up that much room on the server. I can't think of any reason why it is necessary. $:-\$

And last night I watched Ghostbusters. Oh, 80s.

I really enjoyed Inception, I have very little to say about it that would be negative. I don't think it's the best movie in the world, but it's definitely a you-should-watch-this-as-soon-as-you-can movie.

Also, watched Sweeney Todd recently and fell in love with the soundtrack again. And y'know...Johnny Depp...

All this "gods gift to movies" talk makes no sense. A film is a film, if you like it, great, if you don't, fine. The first two Godfather films are hailed by many to be the greatest films ever (numbers 2 and 3 on IMBD) for example and I thought they were good but nothing special. But I don't go around complaining about people liking them.

I saw that last week, thought it was a really great film.

But yeah, pretty horrifying in places.
