I sure wish they would announce their other dates before tomorrow cause tickets go on sale to the public for the Vancouver show, and driving from Saskatchewan that is quite a hike!

Got my tickets today. Beautiful concert hall in Clearwater FL called Ruth Eckerd hall. Row J seat 28/29 (center stage). Great seats, great acoustics in that venue. Will be good times!

THREE dates in Florida but none in between? I really hope that's not the case.

I suspect they will fill in the gap with more shows (I hope).

Ill be going to the Clearwater show just because I live near there. I hope they play longer because it doesn't have trivium.

There is another band that will be opening when Trivium is unavailable.

They would of posted what band it would of been then wouldn't they? From the listing on the DT site it makes it seem like it is just Dream Theater with no opener.

There is still some last minute scheduling issues to be ironed out. I don't want to post the name of the band or I'll probably get yelled at, especially if it blows up and someone else gets the gig, but here's a hint - and I won't confirm any guesses, but the name contains the letters r and y.

Nice to see a Philly date announced. When do the tickets go on sale?

I love Trivium which is sad that they aren't opening on the philly date.

If there is also a Q in that name I will be disappointed.

If you are thinking of who I think you are thinking of...  they have shows on those dates.

I did, however, check Trivium's site to see if they by chance jumped the gun and listed something not confirmed yet, (and they haven't) and it seems that they have the Detroit show listed on their site, but on DT's site it doesn't say w/Trivium like the rest of them.

Now if they would only have one other one in North FL or somewhere a little closer than the existing FL dates so I can go to two shows.   <crosses fingers>

Maybe Asheville, NC again would be cool!

Really?  I bought two general admission tickets for the San Francisco show for a total of $123 (after getting raped by TicketMaster).

Yeah it's a shame... I really want to see the show but the price is a little too high.

Some venues are seated or have sections where it's more expensive to be closer to the stage (the Pittsburgh show was like this). That's probably what it was. Thank God I picked Chicago over Pittsburgh, still waiting for tickets to go on sale for the Chicago date, though.

Yeah I'll see what the price is like on Monday when the tickets go on sale for the Philly show. I look at the other shows and the tickets are like $45. This is def. a tour I don't want to miss. I say this every two years though  :D

If they don't come to Mexico City, I'll be very pissed. Chances are I'm going to miss Judas Priest just to save up money for a good seat when they announce the date (I'm rather confident).

Got tickets for New York. Gonna be off to the side and towards the middle, but this will be my first real concert ever and I'm greatly excited.

i guess I am lucky to live 40 minutes from a city that every band hits on a NA tour
I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Yep, same thing I got yesterday, and my puckerhole still smarts from Ticketmaster's abusive ministrations.

So there's three months between the NA and Euro legs? I'd be surprised if they took a three month break. Perhaps squeeze in an Asian or SA leg?
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
