As far as promo's go, I would say Flair was better overall at delivering them, but Rock's entertainment value cannot (still today) be beat.

Just comparing the Rock vs Cena exchange for the last few weeks... Cena makes me cringe in embarrassment. He is so out-classed by the Rock.

I lost interest in wrestling about 4-5 years ago, probably around the time all the stars from the 90s went off in different directions. The writing, characters, and performances just got uninteresting - likely due to the lack of competition... they beat WCW, ECW and nothing to really compete against (TNA doesn't count). HBK, HHH and Undertaker alone couldn't carry the company any longer.

I'd agree with that. Looking at that potential card, this is the only match that screams "Wrestlemania caliber" to me. While I totally mark for guys like Daniel Bryan and CM Punk, I'm pretty uninterested by their stuff with Sheamus and Orton.

He is and Indy's guy, he used to go with the name Bryan Danielson (I think thats his real name) anyways he is awesome.

Yes, he was on NXT. He was the dude who never got a win throughout the series and was constantly made fun of by Michael Cole, strangled Justin Roberts with his own tie during the NXT Invasion and got fired three days later, only to come in as Cena's mystery partner at Summerslam in Team WWE vs. Nexus, then captured the US Title from the Miz the next month and has held it ever since.

I've been a huge fan of his since his ROH days. Any time you saw him on the card, you just knew you were getting a quality match.

Hardy's done...he is still awaiting trial and after the fiasco at the PPV ( so stoned that the matched last all of 88 seconds, reports he was found passed out on the bathroom floor before the match)

TNA went downhill when the started signing all the WWE rejects ala WCW back in the late 80's early 90's

I was surprise how ended, but it was the way to do it with the story they were telling in the match.

Though I don't know what to make of Triple H walking under his own power and 'Taker being taking out on a cart... are they gonna extend the rivalry?

The trend is that Taker disappears after WM until SS, then in February/March starts a random rivalry against a big name. So I don't think they'll start a Taker/HHH rivalry.

After HHH tombstoned Taker, I thought for sure it was over. What a match.

I'm MAD AS FUCK

DB vs Sheamus being a dark match
Del Rio vs Edge had Illogical booking, and opening the show was a bad decision, its the goddamn World HeavyWeight Title for fuck sake.
The Main event was a bad, the double count-out and the subsequent GM bullshit was a cheap cop out, It could have been so much better.

The only 2 good matches were HHH vs Taker(The time they took to enter the ring and to GTFO could have gone to DB vs Sheamus)
And Mysterio vs Cody.

I agree I didn't like the double count-out and then the restart in the Cena/Miz match, but since I got to see a Rock Bottom and a People's Elbow I won't complain much.

EDIT: Though, I loved the little video of Miz they did. That was awesome.
