What is the easiest and cheapest way to copyright your music?

I have a song I've been wanting to copyright for a lot of years, but I don't know how to go about doing it. What's everybody's experience?

Yeah, I did do a search on it, but I knew someone would have a link to cut through all of the bullshit sites that charge you more money. I guess $35 isn't bad. Thanks!
