I think John Petrucci's nephew plays guitar for them. They're a decent Prog metal/experimental band, if you haven't heard of them then give them a listen.

I saw them open for Devin Townsend but their singer was sick so they did an all instrumental performance for 45 minutes. There is talent there but far to much wankery for my tastes.

huge periphery fan right here. been following bulb's soundclick for years. i also saw them in november in nyc. really awesome live as well
