I usually like "non-serious" band pictures so much more than serious ones.  You get so much more of an idea what the guys are really like than some posed album-cover or promo shot.

Agreed. This thread reminds me: Do any of you old-timers remember that caption thread we had on DT side back in the day? There was this utterly fantastic collection of photos from some european festival which had really emotive close-up shots of all the band members, and we'd take turns making funny stories out of them. It was probably the best thread DT side has ever seen.
