M, Dick Wagner was on a Pod Cast a few weeks ago discussing DaDa in depth for about an hour. I'm trying to find it for you.
I'd love to hear that, man, if you manage to find it. Such an odd album, very mysterious.

I didn't see this thread prior to posting the RIP thread. Sorry TAC.

I'll try to set some time aside to read this thread this weekend.

Used to do secret solos for Aerosmith, Kiss, and many others in the 70's.

If memory serves, didn't he do the solo on "Train Kept a Rollin'"?

Yes he did. He and Steve Hunter did the "live" solo duel". He talks about it in the Podcast I linked.

Steve Hunter. Yes, that was the name of the other guy.

Cool beans!

Having a Friday night beer and listening to From The Inside (appropriate, huh :lol ). Such a great album, especially the title track and Inmates (We're All Crazy).

Agreed. Great album. As a mental health nurse the album resonates with me, especially the ballads - How You Gonna See Me Now and The Quiet Room.

Just got back from his concert at Casino Rama. Man, I'm so glad I got to see him. Amazing show as one could expect! Nothing short of perfection.

I got a question though, if anyone happens to know. Has Tommy Henriksen played with anyone outside of Alice Cooper recently? I just can't shake the feeling that I've seen him somewhere before, and with his "I'm not Johnny Depp" T-Shirt to boot. It wouldn't have been with Alice, since I'm fairly sure I haven't seen any footage of Alice Cooper since Tommy has been in the band. But I feel like I've seen him on stage, and maybe even in person. Has he maybe done any session work for someone else? Or am I just having some strange deja-vu?

I saw him live a couple of years ago and it was an awesome show!

Has anyone bought his new live cd/dvd wacken show?

No, but I definitely want to check out a few of his DVDs in near future, money permitting.

A teaser for the just released album of Hollywood Vampires.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1T8GSIiD8lc&list=RDDle5XEVmwCk&index=4

Sounds interesting. This is surely an epic line-up:

Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Johnny Depp, joined by producer Bob Ezrin and an amazing group of modern day vampires, including Perry Farrell, Dave Grohl, Sir Paul McCartney, Joe Walsh, Slash, Robbie Krieger, Zak Starkey, Brian Johnson and Kip Winger.

Will listen to it soon.

Joe Perry collapsed at the Hollywood Vampires show tonight. According to Alice Cooper, he is in stable condition

New album next month.

I am looking forward to this. We talked about this in Brent's thread a couple of weeks ago. The last couple Alice albums have been quite weak.

Bob Ezrin on board is also a good thing. :tup

All those names they were tossing around there, I was kinda hoping to see Derek in there.  Didn't he do a couple of tours with Alice back in the day?

Ya....when Kane Roberts was in the band.

Might be nice to see "Rambo" with his machine gun guitar again for that matter.

Alice has done a guest vocal on Kane Roberts' forthcoming album.

Great to have new stuff from Alice again!

He will play my hometown the day after my birthday, that's gonna be my party!  :metal
I use my sig to pimp some bands from Italy! Check out Elvenking (Power / Folk metal), Folkstone (Rock / Medieval metal), Arcana Opera (Gothic/Noir/Heavy metal) and the beautiful voice of Elisa!

Did someone say Kane Roberts?

I was bloodied, but I eventually escaped his clutches!

You're not going to believe this but guess what number Ben has on BOTH his football and basketball tops (total coincidence - issued by two different clubs)  :rollin

I saw the Raise Your Fist And Yell tour at the Worcester Aud.  Moterhead was the opening act.  What a story I have about that.

I saw that tour.  It was a New Year's Eve show in Seattle (1987/88).

Motorhead was supposed to open but couldn't for some reason.   The show ended up being opened by Armored Saint and Faster Pussycat.

Saw it in November at The Garden. Frehley's Comet and Faster Pussycat as support. But Frehley's Comet didn't play that night.

Alice came back with Motorhead and played the Vet's Memorial Auditorium in Providence on the same night that Paul Dianno's Batttlezone played The Living Room, which was walking distance to the Vet's. I was away on a family vacation at the time. So bummed I missed those shows.
