The TOC/Index Links Thread (Please Read After Posting a Review)

The purpose of this thread is to post about your review to have it added to the TOC/Index. You are required to make a post here after completing your review or your review will be locked until this is done.

For music:

Music
[Artist] - [Album]
By: [Author]
[Link]

So, for example, if you were Nick and just completed your review of The Human Equation, you would reply to this thread with:

And this would then be edited into the TOC/Index thread, with the first line just being a guide to tell me where to place it and the rest being c&p'ed exactly as you see it above.

For movies and video games, I would suggest:

[form of media]
[title]
By: [Author]
[link]

So, by way of example, if you were setrataeso and you just posted your review of Battlestations: Pacific, you would reply to this thread with:
