During the SFAM World Tour, the band performed a cross-album medley titled "When Images And Words Unite", tying their first two album's titles together... but what if they did a medley/mash-up of songs, like "Caught In A New Millennium", but based on titles alone?

Listed above are some choices I've come up with myself, but if you think of any really cool ones that others like, I'll add them to the poll, and allow people to change their votes, of which you'll get THREE.

Let's keep these titles to a two-song format - for example, don't go too crazy like combining the first two choices I have listed and come up with something like "Pull Me Under A Glass Prison"... I think mashing up two DT songs would be crazy enough!

Based solely on title, this is a pretty strange thread. That being said, I've always welcomed the idea of another mashup, and Learning to Live Forever could potentially be pretty cool.

Learning To Live Forever.
I'd come with the force of a thousand suns.
I imagined the story to go more like this.

I was sitting a traffic light blaring Space Dye Vest and next to me in another car was Kevin Moore. And I'll never be open again.

Wow The Dark Eternal Nightmare To Remember must be pretty damn badass.

That said, Learning to Live Forever is indeed the best option.

Trial of Seasons
Trial of Seasons
A Change of Tears!
Stream of Tears, Withered Skies, A Change of Times, Innocence Faded to Set the Sun
The Count of Peruvian skies
Caught in the Presence of Enemies

Some of these are interesting ideas but my original thought was to not combine titles with articles (using just "A" or "The"), or just prepositions (like "Of" or "In"), but only in combination with another word, like "A Fortune In Lies Within", where "In Lies" is the end of one song title" and "Lies Within" is part of another, where the segue between titles is more than just one word.

I know hearing a mash-up of some of those epics would be awesome, but you could do that with ANY of DT's titles really, but based on title alone, they don't have many relative words. I do like "Stream Of Tears" though, as the title works figuratively. As for "Caught In the Presence Of Enemies", I thought about that, and realized just linking by the preposition would be a bit weak as you could do that same idea with a few other DT songs - "_______ of ______" or "_____ in _____" and some up with titles like "In The Presence Of Lost Souls" or "The Ministry Of Tuscany", and also I had already used "Caught In A New Millennium" as an example, and it was something they already did anyway.

Well if someone has the stem tracks to BC&SL, I'm sure someone here could whip up "The Dark Eternal Nightmare To Remember".

I chose 'I Walk Beside You Not Me' and 'Learning to Live Forever'.  Realistically, Learning to Live Forever could be the absolute best song I could ever hear... but I Walk Beside You Not Me could be an epic tale of a person who falls in love with a clone of themselves.

Prophets of War Inside My Head

How did I not think of this one before? Hmmm... Very nice!

EDIT - *looks up at Poll Options*...oh wait, I did think of it. Oh well

I tried thinking of more to use with the new album's song titles but couldn't think of more, outside of doing "Build Me Up, Breaking All Illusions" or something silly like that.

What about "This Is The Afterlife"? Or "Pull Me Under, Break Me Down"?
