YES!

Personally, I enjoy Transatlantic more than Dream Theater.  They're just so polished and all the members contribute immensely.  If they became a permanent band I would hae to change my favorite band.  And since Neal is a soloist, it COULD happen, especially since The Whirlwind was so successful.

I don't know. I love Transatlantic, but I think part of what makes them special is that they're not a regular thing.
