I just want to point that out. Man, as much as I wish the guys success with their new stuff, it doesn't come anywhere near their old stuff.

I dunno, my favourite era of theirs is easily late-NM (V, Snow). I like the early stuff and the new stuff pretty equally I think.

I love all the Neal Morse SB cd's.  Though, the new CD is the closest to the quality of the NM days.

Yeah, the early Spock's beard is pretty awesome, especially The Light. But I dig the later works as well.

Yeah, I really wish Neal would reign in the overly-Christian stuff for something with a little more of a universal spirituality to it, find a great band and make music like he used to. Transatlantic's The Whirlwind showed that he still has it in him.

New SB is great, though - Nick has so much energy on stage as a frontman.
