I've never overplayed something to the point of not enjoying it anymore.

I might not enjoy it quite as much, perhaps, and I might feel less inclined to put it on quite as often as other stuff.

I rarely give any album a consecutive repeat, and I make sure to vary what I listen to, so it doesn't really happen to me. I know lots of people that just listen to things over and over, and I never really understood that.

most of the music that has been in my library for more than 10 years...I still listen to them, but they have lost their touch.  for example, rush (free will and spirit of radio) were played on the radio so much over the years, plus they have been in my library.
