Not only did he kill someone with his drunk driving, he left both occupants of the car he hit head on in a vegetative state. And he drinks and drives again. He's the lowest of the low.

I find what ticks me off a lot in a case like this is people like Vince have tons of cash, calling a cab or even getting a limo around town would be the least of their financial worries, but they think they are above the law and so they still do shit like this, it's absolutely ridiculous.
