If you pledge $10 per song, how do you know how much total you've pledged if you don't know the number of songs you've pledged?  Maybe I missed some fine print ?

I initially went with $3 since I don't listen to alternate mixes much and overall the stems don't interest me.  But I was listening to Microburst Alert the other day and wished I had a version of the song without the samples.  I like most of the samples Kevin uses, but some just bug me.  Camera 4 is another one of those songs where the samples just ruin it for me.  So I've upped my pledge to $10 a song.

I would have loved them to do that on OSI. He mentioned in an interview that he was surprised with how Stockholm turned out because he would have sung or paused in different places than MA did.

So after finally getting some spending money and this being my Chroma Key spamming time of year, I finally got to donate a bit to Moore's Patreon page and holy fucking hell it is nerve-racking how close this thing is to being a full album. Look at this shit! So. Fucking. Close.

Unless that page somehow isn't updating then it hasn't quite yet. But man...I am really hoping that if somehow by the luck of things there just aren't any more donations, Kev does a full album anyway cause that is like...I mean it's RIGHT. FUCKING. THERE.  :laugh:

It does stipulate under the amount that it's an estimate based on fees and 'declined pledges' so maybe some stuff happened... Here's hoping there are some more donations and/or a "Eh, close enough!" cause that would suck so fuckin' much if we didn't get a full album and it's that close.

It did reach the $2K amount and Patreon sent us an e-mail indicating that the milestone had been met and a full-length Chroma Key album would be made.  It's odd that the overall amount has now fallen.  I guess we'll see what happens.

Damn, I never got that email! Well if it had already been announced I doubt they'll go back on it. Plus it's so close, it'd almost be stingy to not do it even if it hadn't been met.  :lol Furgin' awesome if so! Then again the fact that I didn't get an email might say something too... Hrm. I'm pretty sure it will, and hopefully just for good measure there will be some more donations.

Also the amount has gone up and down again, but Jens Bogren reached out to Kevin and offered to mix and master the album for free *fangirls forever* so maybe Kevin will do it on a lesser amount.

No updates just yet, but Kev tweeted a link over the weekend to an old episode of "The Preacherman Show."  He used one of the show's segments in the Graveyard Mountain Home album.  Would be cool to get an update on the new material though, as it's been some time.
