Usual & cool cover of PMU
« on: February 25, 2010, 02:19:22 PM »
A bunch of school kids covering Pull Me Under: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=erXkdOhpP3A. I thought it was really amazing & different cover and deserves its own thread.

Interesting. To be honest the recorders killed it a bit for me, but the xylophones and choir were VERY cool, the little girl singing by herself even gave me shivers :P

Awesome.  :hefdaddy
Teaching children this age myself, I wonder how they realized this. Probably a music class or some class outside school.

Here's another equally cool cover of "Pull Me Under" in case you guys haven't seen it.  It's a marching band:

Yea, that's me.  Whenever I link a cool cover song on my website, I post a comment on that YouTube page inviting the person to visit.  Like a little cross promotion, I guess.

Just passed that link on to MP, and he liked it enough to post it on his FB account.   :)
As a basic rule, if you hate it, you must solely blame Portnoy. If it's good, then you must downplay MP's contribution to the band as not being important anyway, or claim he's just lying. It's the DTF way.
