You can vote for up to 7.

I voted for:

Promised Land
Damaged
Anybody Listening?
Della Brown
Out of Mind
Lady Jane
Empire

Damaged and Anybody Listening?
That's it..

Sure I could've picked a couple more Empire tracks, but they don't sniff the jock of the 80's songs I picked.

And when it comes to HITNF, I'd take
Hit The Black and Anytime Anywhere.

From that list, I went with:
Damaged
Best I Can
You
Right Side of My Mind
Liquid Sky
Anybody Listening?
spOOL

Altho as I said in the 80s thread, I'd put One and Only or Disconnected in there too in place of Best I Can.

And when it comes to HITNF, I'd take
Hit The Black and Anytime Anywhere.
You wouldn't choose spOOL? That's the most classic QR sounding track on HitNF.

sp00L, Real World, Damaged, Anybody Listening?, Jet City Woman, Lady Jane, Bridge. This reminds me I haven't yet listened to any song from Q2K

I also like The Voice Inside from HiNTF. I know it's not a Queensryche sounding song, but... Can't help it
EDIT: Crap, I forgot to mark Damaged. From now on it has a +1 vote

Most of Empire basically:

Empire
Damaged
Best I Can
Bridge
Jet City Woman
Silent Lucidity
Rainy Night

First one left out, Sign of the Times

Every single one of these polls has at least one track missing from it that has me wondering why, but missing One More Time off this list is a total howler.

Anybody Listening?
Real World
Damaged
Out of Mind
Promised Land
Someone Else?
Spool

Right Side just barely missed the cut.

I came here to write this. One More Time is a great song :tup

Can I use my 7 votes to vote for Silent Lucidity 7 times?

Real World
Sign of the Times
Best I Can
Anybody Listening?
Silent Lucidity

Last Time In Paris (not on the list, but perhaps my favorite QR song ever)

Almost all of my favorites off of Promised Land were excluded so I had to think about this some.

Someone Else?
Anybody Listening?
spOOL
Lady Jane
Right Side of My Mind
Best I Can
Empire

Off topic but with a purpouse: since there are so many of these polls where we're asked to pick a specific number of favorites, I wouldn't mind some more polls but setlist-oriented.

Like, "Make a setlist for X band", but there should be some limits, for example:
- No more than XX songs
- You have to represent at least X number of albums
- This song has to be there 'cause it's a classic
- It's the anniversary of this album, honor it by putting at least half the album in the set

Stuff like that, I wouldn't mind this kind of challenge, either for DT or any other of the more famous band we discuss  :D

I knew this would be easy.  I picked:

Damaged
I Am I
Best I can
Anybody Listening?
Another Rainy Night

I would have picked Resistance if it had been an option and maybe also Hand on Heart.  QR flashed brilliantly in the 80s but then went into drain-circling mode quite rapidly.  Empire (i.e., adult contemporary Queensryche) is vastly overrated (particularly Silent Luicidity) -- especially in comparison to Mindcrime.  I listened to Promised Land earlier this week (for the first time in a long time).  It started out so promisingly, but the second half is pretty bleh.

All of mine are from Empire and Promised Land, but it was hard to leave off some others, like sp00l, Right Side, Reach, and My Global Mind (yeah, I know that last one is from PL too).  They just missed the cut.

I had to include Silent Lucidity in my top 7.  Despite it really falling out of favor due to being so overplayed and over-listened-to, I can still step back from that and appreciate what a fantastic song it is.

True, but it still blows! ;D

Seriously, we are lowering the bar to think very highly of spOOL.

Bullshit. It is a fantastic song and one of QR's best.

When Scotty questioned me, I had to listen to it when I got home today because I honestly couldn't remember it.

It does have some classic elements if you happen to consider Promised Land classic, but I don't think spOOL is strong enough to even make Empire.

^^This.  It's a meh song on a subpar album.

If by that, you mean it is in the top 3 songs on a top 4 Tate-era album, I agree with you wholeheartedly.  But you have a strange way of expressing yourself, because I had to REALLY read between the lines to catch your true meaning.

spOOL is a good song, and definitely one of the few keepers on a mediocre record, but it doesn't touch most of the songs from the previous five records.

Every single one of these polls has at least one track missing from it that has me wondering why, but missing One More Time off this list is a total howler.

I love that song, so it did break my heart a little to leave it off.
