This looks pretty crazy and interesting:

Will watch the trailer later, but one thing I noticed is that, according to IMDb, this movie is already in post production and has a december 2018 release date. An entire year seems like an unusually lengthy post production. And it doesn’t seem like the type of movie that’ll make a long festival run before hitting regular theaters.

Looks weird and neat. Interested to see more

Watched the trailer. "London." Mobile cities? Like a crazier Howl's Moving Castle. I'm... interested.

Just to clarify Peter Jackson isn't directing this movie, he's writing the screenplay and producing it. A full year of post-production is not very unusual at all. This is the period where editing is being done and VFX shots are being completed. It's also the period where they'll have reshoots or pickup shots if needed. Not out of the ordinary.

Isn't post production alot about CGI because i'm assuming the movie is very much a CGI fest which is very time consuming.

Looks interesting. Is this taken from a book series or anything?

Apparently it is - and the premise sounds pretty damn interesting to me.

That sounds fully bonkers! A steampunk version of London rolling around on giant wheels. What was the author smoking? :lol
I must make a point of getting those books.

Same. That's a concept that genuinely intrigues me. After I'm done with Stormlight I'm making a point to check it out.
