Empire is the fourth full-length album by Queensrÿche, released on August 20, 1990.

- Eddie Jackson - bass

Best I Can, well I think it did manage more than best it can because I was not prepared to see that one so high ;) anyway, very good result. And of course very satysfying results from Empire, but Hand On Heart could be higher though...Anyway, either Empire or Anybody Listening? will win it, I will be happy. I'm voting Empire now. It's the track without even vote yet ;)

With that said, the margin between 4-11 is incredibly small.  This album is pretty much all killer, no filler for me.

This one is a coin toss. I went with Anybody Listening and therefore give Empire the crown, mainly because it has been a major live staple and always a cool energetic live tune for crowd participation, that in itself pushes it over the finish line for me.
