I'm having HUGE troubles logging in there. It seems that my seedbox's VNC has lost the ability of clicking on icons. -.-

I'll be grabbing that boot from Dime when I get home later, and then reinstalling LinuxDC++ to get back into the hub.

Well, I just finished listening the the first London show and it's really amazing. With the exception of JLB's pitch problems, the band was pretty solid.  I'm checking out the Amsterdam show now. It's a bit louder than the first show, so I just thought I'd mention it.

Yup Amsterdam #1 is my recording :yarr. Is there anybody here comfortable in editing shows? I have this as 24/96, if anybody, with skills, wants to remaster it let me know. Just shoot me a pm.

There are a few forum members who are very skilled at that. I'm not one of them but someone will be around.

Is any of you having troubles downloading Thierry's show? I keep trying getting the torrent file, but all it would download is a file named www.dimeadozen.org. That's very strange, as the other torrents are still working normally.  ???

I had no problems at all. I downloaded it and listened to it.

How's the quality?  I've grabbed quite a few things on Dime, and the quality was marginal at best.

I'm downloading it now. I guess you figured out how to edit the recording?

Good evening. I just create a dime account, and it doesn't give me the torrent link to download it. It's because of ratio? It's new account so I can't have any ratio. Any help?

Having same issue.  Just signed up and can't find a DL link.  Hopefully just something obvious I'm missing?  ;D

Edit: Just found this in the registration email.

"After you confirm your registration, your new account will begin at Guest rank. As a Guest you'll be able to explore the site but not to join torrents yet. If you'd like an upgrade to a higher rank, read ..."

Well that explains it.  You have to email the moderators and get permission to download/join.  Or maybe it is that ratio thing  :-\

You use this on a mac ? I'm fed up of having to have a spare windows laptop running a external hard drive. Would rather be able just to use my mac and a nas drive

I managed to get 110 minutes of the Hannover show on video except for about 10 minutes during act 1 due to my stupidity were I forgot press the record button proper down and I also did not the last 20-30 minutes of act 2 where security unfortunately caught me

I will upload them to my google drive  for those who would be interested  :)
I still have 2 chances to get a full show as I am gonna see them in Copenhagen and Bochum :)

You are to kind :) I am just a happy fan with a compact camera

The files are uploaded :) https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B0hkT7WnCoFgei1SY0duVW1JenM&usp=sharing

The show is more or less recorded blind cause security was insane, so I kept the camera close to my body so that it would not be to visible
Turns out I was only missing A Savior in the Square to have the complete first act. After the Walking Shadow in second act sercurity noticed me and I had to turn the camera out. I tried later again and almost got the entire Losing Faythe before the security was standing there again. After that I decided to stop

Perhaps I should do that :)
On my way back home after a great concert in Copenhagen and even though security again was insane I still managed to get the show on video, but I only succeed because I had the camera low and close to my body so the light from the viewer did not alert security. Now I sit in the train and are having a quick look at the recordings and it looks like I have missed the band completely in most of the shots  :-[

So I think I will extract the audio from the video files and upload them plus the videos that has the band in the shots

Hopefully we will succeed to record a concert on this tour.

I thought I had gotten all songs in Copenhagen, but turns out I am missing Our New World

I have extracted the audio to flac files and they can be downloaded here https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B0hkT7WnCoFgdEFveDljVDJzWFE&usp=sharing
The videos are not worth watching  :-[ only the first 18 minutes I have the band in focus. The rest is videoscreens, lights, the back of peoples head or chairs. So I wont spend time uploading them. Things can only get better in Bochum :)

I guess since the band are releasing basically everything they do(See: Luna Park, BTFW, Happy Holidays) plus the fact they're now using static sets means a lot of people don't see much point in doing bootlegs anymore.

[Obligatory "People just don't have the time for bootlegs anymore" reference]

I think that is what has dampened the excitement for bootlegs the last couple of tours. I miss the rotating setlist. I am hoping that if they do a second tour that maybe they'll mix it up a bit, but that's a lot of hope to hold on to.

Yea, but not all bootlegs are created equal.  The Paris show has better sound than the rest, although it has some pitch problems.

That goes without saying. It just doesn't pay to keep all of them anymore if you can find a couple of superior shows in regards to quality and band mishaps.

If we exclude the 2013 Christmas Gift Album, I believe the last circulated SBD quality DT bootleg was from the 2004 Madrid show.

What about the Wacken gig from last year? Or the last show with MP in Japan (2010/08/08)? Or even DT's performance at the Download festival during the summer of 2009? IIRC, all those circulated as professionally shot broadcasts, right?

What about the Wacken gig from last year? Or the last show with MP in Japan (2010/08/08)? Or even DT's performance at the Download festival during the summer of 2009? IIRC, all those circulated as professionally shot broadcasts, right?

Not sure if you're actually requesting them but I have the Download and Wacken gigs ripped into audio if anybody is interested..? I have them as FLAC but could also MP3 them if some would prefer.

If those shows were taped, they haven't appeared in trading circles yet, as far as I know on dimeadozen or elsewhere.

Any bootlegs since May? I would be interested only in the Worcester show from a couple nights ago, but has anyone taped any of this leg?

Thanks, Tim. I appreciate this very much. Unfortunately, I am completely lost on that website; I've tried signing up a few times (successfully this time), but every time I go there I get confused on what to do. Any way of getting a direct link? I will continue to try and figure that website out for the future, but I'm not getting my hopes up on it, haha.

Not sure about s direct link. If you can figure out how to work Dime, it's s great thing.

It's not a great quality boot. I checked the samples. I can't download it this week but I might be able to pull it next week if I have time.

I downloaded, but it's nothing to write home about, in terms of sound quality. It can still hold a great deal of value for those who attended and might enjoy a lasting aural reminder of their experience.

I'm just asking about these live stream things that popped up on YouTube. It's just weird.

Luxembourg show, if you don't use a dime.

Thanks, I have a Dime account but went into negative ratio as I didn't understand how it worked (I was a novice.....probably still am!), when I explained this to the admin/mods I basically got told "tough".

They're fake. Scam to get you to sign up for paid sites.
