That was fun. Happy 4/1, everyone. The various April Fool threads have now all been moved into the Dark Side subform, and that subforum has been moved in its entirety into the archive section. You will see it as a "child" forum of the archive. Due to the popular response, I thought we should save the entire thing instead of select threads.
The TransImperial theme will remain active for those who want to use it. The default has been restored to the DT moons theme. You are free to manually switch to whatever them you want to use.
EDIT: But I'm keeping the avatar for a while. ;)

:metal
It was fun. Good idea. Nice job by you and the mods.
-
agreed.
-
This is one of the many reasons why I love this place. You guys rock. :metal
-
Someone PM'd me and said my announcement about the forum theme wasn't clear. I think what I'll do is reset everyone to the default and then if anyone wants to switch to something else, if you were switched before, you definitely know how to do it again so no big deal. Hopefully that wasn't too confusing.
-
Probably a good idea... otherwise people are gonna be confused and think the april fools thing is still going on. :p
I'm gonna keep the star wars theme for now though, I like it.
-
Have at it. It's a good looking theme. (Thanks XJ!)
-
Bosk1, I DO NOT appreciate you ruining the forums like this. You may have thought it was funny, but Star Wars is extremely offensive to me. AND my family.
JK, I love you <3

If you like Star Wars, we are not a match.

Exactly.

If you like Star Wars, we are not a match.
If you play forum pranks on April Fool's Day, we are NOT a match.

Hmm, back to the usual Black Clouds theme for now, might switch back over occasionally though when I'm in the mood for something lighter.
-
I use the Pick your color, black.
-
The theme is cool (thanks for the possibility of keeping it), but I'll stick to the BCASL-light theme for now.
-
Fuck that was brutal, I couldn't stay for longer than 5 minutes with the colors of that theme.
-
Yeah, that theme yesterday was not easy on the eyes. I went back to the regular BC&SL one.
I think it would be cool to see this forum do what the Rush Counterparts forum does...have different themes based on the different album covers/colors. That would be pretty rad, and probably not that difficult to do.
-
Hmm...That's not a bad idea actually. Don't expect it soon, but that may be something we can do down the road a bit. I like the idea.
-
Yay! Back to black!
-
In my three April Fools day, yesterday's was the easiest one on the eyes by far!

:lol Agreed.
Although I didn't find it hard to look at. Just something about the color scheme made me feel like I was lost. Like, I'd go into "recently unread topics" and I didn't recognize any of the threads because everything was the wrong color.
Odd.
-
I use the standard blue theme, so I'm used to the light color. The only thing that bugged me was the width of the forum. It was so much more narrow than the other themes, so the threads were taller than I prefer.
-
Hey, maybe that was it. It wasn't the colors, it was the width that was so disorienting.
-
This was great.

Wow, we started a funny meme. :lol

DO WANT.
-
I can't find the theme, I don't see it in the list of themes on the settings page.

It's the last option that says "Flagrant".
-
Like I said, didn't mind the colours that much, only it was difficult to tell which threads had new posts. But the idea and realisation was absolutely awesome. :lol (And the "ending credits" with the rumborak at the end deserve a medal.)
And absolutely for the idea of album-related themes, if someone is capable and willing (I'm pretty bad at these things) to do it. A SFAM or SC theme would absolutely rock.

That is a cool idea.
If I had any skill in this area, I would get right on it.

Thanks to all of the knobheads who overused Michael Scott's favorite phrase. It is now banned from the forum. :tdwn :tdwn
See, the key is not to overuse it. You have to pick your spots carefully, instead of just pulling it out everywhere, but not everyone figures that out.

That's wh--hey, waitaminnit!

lol

What were the previous ones? I remember the Care Bears, the Spongebob, and obviously the Star Wars...
Next year I predict the Lady Gaga forums.
-
Can someone revert my name back to ZBomber?
Ever since the rebels blew up that Death Star... I don't wanna be an Imperial anymore! :lol
